Many hotels and condos etc in the area offer special rates to delegates of the Cayman Captive Forum. Be sure to mention this when you book your room. Note: We operate shuttle bus services (click here for the schedule) Marriott to/from Ritz-Carlton and Kimpton to/from Ritz-Carlton.

IMAC has secured special Forum rates for all available guest rooms at The Ritz-Carlton and they will only accept reservations from those who are registered as Full Delegates for the Forum via a special online link which will be emailed to IMAC Members. See our Register page for details. When the Ritz-Carlton is fully booked please contact them by email at caymanreservations@ritzcarlton.com to be placed on their waitlist.

Car Rental & Taxis

Car rental is available just outside the airport.  Taxis are also available right outside.  Tell them you are a Forum delegate for up to three people to travel together for the standard fare. Passengers travelling to different destinations will be charged separate fares. For valuable information about the taxi service, visit The Cayman Islands Airport Authority. An approved fare table is used to determine fares (click here to see taxi rates and conditions).
